Yoga Inbound means going within. It does not only deal with the techniques of performing various asanas, but will guide you to the essence of yoga and spiritual awakening. You will learn and develop from the soul level into perfection of yoga. Yoga Inbound is offering a unique course that combines the original teachings of yoga of the Vedic tradition with the application to the needs of the present.
As mentioned, for this training course, you will be staying at Vrinda Kunj Ashram Yoga Inbound World Headquarters, which is an eco-yoga village. You will be staying in a shared accommodation all throughout the training program.
This 200-hour Yoga Inbound teacher training program is designed to make a journey into the inner self-exploring the fundamental principles of yoga: hatha, karma, jana and bhakti during 4 intensive weeks.
Each day will be celebrated with sadhana, daily yoga, philosophy and meditation, special guest teachers and lectures, live kirtan, sacred ceremonies and delicious vegetarian meals. This is a truly remarkable experience into the roots of yoga and Indian culture. For the last week of the course, we will head off from Vrindavan and will be at the foothills of the Himalayas and the sacred Ganges at Omkarananda Ganga Sadan - Patanjala Yoga Kendra in Rishikesh, the yoga capital of the world.
This residential course is at Vrinda Kunj Ashram Yoga Inbound World Headquarters, an eco yoga village located in Vrindavan in the district of Mathura, Uttar Pradesh and famous for being the heart of bhakti and the domain of the divine couple, Radha and Krishna. With over 5,000 temples, this holy land is considered to be the most sacred place of pilgrimage, where love and devotion vibrates and resounds in its spiritual atmosphere.
