The newly-built retreat center offers residence on two levels. On the ground floor, you can find the living room where you can study yoga books. The main yoga hall is on this floor, with a fireplace on the side and a full view to the garden and the pool. During your free time, you can take a walk between the fruit trees, olive trees, and flowers of the 3000 square meter garden, go for a refreshing splash in the pool, or relax in the lounge garden.
All of the house’s bedrooms are decorated in a cozy minimal yogic style, with their own wardrobes and verandas all around with panoramic mountain. There are shared bathrooms, toilets, and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi. All rooms are air-conditioned and Wi-Fi is available.
The caravan accommodation is a more Yogic way of living, in a spacious and fully equipped recreational vehicle with single separated beds, toilet, shower and a small kitchenette.The caravans are securely placed in the outdoor area of the Retreat Center.
The 200-hour teacher training course covers almost every style of yoga. The teachers that will guide you have a sound knowledge of yoga and will give their valuable time to explain the correct practice and theory of yoga. Once you successfully complete this course, you would feel an important transformative experience in your life. There are many books that analyse yoga positions and how to get into them properly, but the practice of yoga should preferably start with a qualified yoga teacher, since it is not recommended to teach yourself.

Maria was born in Athens, and she studied there psychology, theater, pedagogy, and dance. She studied the behavior, reaction, and expression of the human body and she guided seminars of body expression and relaxation, both in Athens and Crete. Maria was trained in Hatha yoga in Greece as well as abroad, in England and India, and she is a yoga trainer herself, recognized by Yoga Alliance International. She has been studying the world philosophy, discovering human evolution throughout time. Nowadays, she runs Breath of Life certified center in Heraklion, Crete.
Giorgos was born in Athens in 1988. From an early age he discovered yoga and was initiated in yoga principles, techniques, and philosophy. After adulthood, he attended yoga classes at Satyananda center and self-knowledge seminars at Satyanandashram in Athens. He has been studying various techniques of modern dance and kinesiology of human body. He was trained in Vipassana meditation and other techniques of active and passive meditation. He teaches Vinyasa flow and anatomy in both Crete and various studios in Athens.
Natasa was born in Heraklion Crete, Greece. She has studied glassblowing and fine art in Sweden and in England. She practices yoga since 2002, working on both Hatha and Ashtanga yoga systems. She has first and second grade in Reiki system. Since 2002, Natasa has participated in several self -development seminars and has been trained in energy healing as well as in therapeutic Thai massage. She has received teachers training in Ashtanga yoga and she is a certified teacher in Hatha Yoga. Natasa is studying the principles of ancient Indian philosophy and the therapeutic power of yoga.
George was born in 1987 in Heraklion Crete, Greece. He became familiar with yoga in 2010, when he started his yoga journey. Furthermore, he has attained several Kundalini and Ashtanga yoga seminars, although his practice is mainly based on the philosophy of Hatha yoga. In 2013, he successfully completed his yoga teacher’s training course, thus he became a certified member of the Yoga Alliance International and has been teaching since then. Moreover, he has been trained in therapeutic Thai massage techniques and has become acquainted with Acro yoga by taking courses while his stay in India.
The retreat center is located in a quiet and isolated spot on Karteros Beach, a seafront place near the airport and the city center of Heraklion. The beautiful local beach is sandy, facing the Aegean Sea; it is about three kilometers in length. The beach has the "blue flag", which means that it is clean and safe for swimming. Karteros Beach is also the beginning of two gorges that are easy to walk. Knossos, the capital of the Minoan civilization, is also near the retreat center.

Please book your flight to arrive at Heraklion International Airport Nikos Kazantzakis (HER). From the airport it is 10 minutes by taxi to reach the yoga retreat.
You can reach to Heraklion port from Piraeus by night boat or from other Greek islands by ferries or boats.
From Heraklion port or airport you can reach in retreat center in 10 minutes, taking a taxi. The charging is about 15 EUR.
