"My experience at the Breath Of Life Yoga Center - Crete was hands down incredible. The retreat center, Levinthios, was even more beautiful than shown in the images, and the village of Lentas was charming with friendly locals and the accommodations were like dream, even the budget affordable apartments in the village were nice and close by. I'll never forget the crystal clear ocean to swim in, delicious meals every day and most importantly the Yoga!"

"Maria lead a spiritual and informative teacher training. I was able to return to the US with everything I needed to teach at a studio in San Francisco. The training allowed me to understand the history and meaning behind the Yoga Philosophy, while simultaneously understanding my self. It wasn't easy, as there are some challenging topics to cover, but in the end I felt transformed. I hope I can return next year to compete the 300 hour training."

"I think the training was generally good. The trainer George was very precise and taught us a lot. I have learned a lot. I liked the fact that we also had philosophy and chanting. The food was very good but not necessarily 100% yogi. I think it was a very good balance between recharging and deepening your knowledge about yoga."

"The one week retreat was undoubtedly one of the best weeks of my life. It was everything I had hoped for and much, much more. The beauty of the location was absolutely breathtaking. I'm usually not a morning or even nature person, but I found myself getting up at 5 a.m. to watch the sunrise and not wanting the night to arrive because I could not get enough of the beauty that surrounded me. The yoga classes, meditation, workshops, and chanting were all exactly what I needed. They were healing, challenging, fun, and transformational. The classes were small so you had lots of attention from the teachers. Maria and Harish were fantastic teachers who were kind, spiritual, and genuinely cared about your growth and needs. I was a bit nervous about eating vegetarian food for the entire week because I'm often hungry when I don't eat a lot of protein and am a picky eater in general. To my surprise, the food was incredibly delicious, and all the ingredients were locally grown! It was difficult to leave this retreat because of how perfect everything was, but I have walked away with many tools and much inspiration for my life going forward. I will definitely return one day."

"The training, teachers, location, food, and people were all above and beyond my expectations. Never having done a yoga retreat, I arrived apprehensive and uneasy. This was quickly settled by the amazing Greek hospitality of Yanis, John, and Argiro, as well as Maria and Harish. Here in Lentas I experienced more them just a teacher training. The teaching combination of Maria and Harish is so dynamic and powerful. With Harish I was pushed to my full potential and learnt more about Hatha yoga and then with Maria it was a completely different approach which I also thoroughly enjoyed. I was challenged both physically and mentally almost every day. Thank you for such an amazing body, mind, and soul journey. I hope to spread what I’ve learnt from you with as many people as I can. Also the food and location were divine!"

"Thank you for a wonderful time here in Lentas! I came here to learn more about yoga and meditation, to get more self-discipline, and it had it all! The place here is one of the most peaceful places I have even been to, a strong healing power lies in the ground here. Thank you for this healing. The teachers Harris and Maria did a great job teaching. They manage to see whole person, not just the student. My days here has been a turning point in many ways to observe myself and life in Norway, felt good! The food here was amazing, the rooms were great-no complains. Thank you for everything these four weeks, I wish you all the very best and good luck! Namaste! Love and light."

"My first 200 hours of yoga teachers training program in June 28, 2014. My program was full of practicing, learning and doing new asanas. Although the course is intensive because of a lot of material, I found the text book very helpful and simple to read. In addition, each asana was fully demonstrated in details before performing it. This is huge to me to learn each asana the right way before teaching it to the others. I truly enjoyed focusing every day on studding philosophy and learning the real principles of practicing yoga. Learning tras and chanting every day was something I enjoyed and that we don’t do often in Western countries. Fully enjoyed our relaxation techniques and doing meditation. Although this program is just the basic seven first training program, I think I have learned and gained knowledge a lot over than one month. The accommodation was good and the place is great for a yoga retreat, as it is far from all the destruction and close to nature! It has been a peaceful, energetic, and relaxing place for yoga. Thank you Maria Deligianni and Harischandra for the great experience and unforgettable yoga adventure! Namaste!"

"The yoga retreat was honestly a very interesting experience for me. Actually it was my first ever experience on yoga. Everything went on very smoothly in a very picturesque environment and I got the feeling that I knew most of the participants for some time - although it was the first time I was meeting them. What I got out of it was simple "things" that we all truly know somewhere deep in ourselves and we so easily and sometimes permanently forget because of our modern way of living. The retreat helped us consciously remind ourselves of these simples "things". I would definitely suggest it 100% to everyone, especially to those that didn't have the chance so far in their lives to learn what yoga is all about - accept those that have real problem, waking up early, or eating only vegetarian food. Give yourselves a small gift by simply trying it! Namaste!"

The practice of meditation, asanas, and pranayama helped me a lot to learn myself deeper than ever had. I practice the discipline and it was a very beautiful personal experience. Thanks to my teachers Maria Deligianni, Harischandra, and Amalia Zampoulaki."

"Having just recovered from an operation and not being able to practice yoga for few months, I had some doubts about following this intensive retreat program. Arriving in a village in the heart of Crete, the scenery and the view was breathtaking and the organizers hospitality made me feel like home. Practicing yoga in the open air near the vineries and looking at the sunrise was amazing. Maria, Haris, and all the trainers are not just experienced and professional yoga trainers and therapists but they also put their soul into this. Only a few days after the retreat, I felt stronger, healthier, peaceful, and closer to myself A wonderful experience, not to miss!"

"I attended the yoga teacher's training last year and throughout the whole of it I enjoyed both theoretical and practical expansion of my knowledge on yoga till then. I, therefore, benefited very much in gaining confidence on one matter, how to lead different groups and kinds of people towards self-observation and how to help them release their bodies and souls. Moreover, it has opened a completely new door to me, profession-wise."
