How the training works

The course consists of pre-recorded videos, content to read over from the website (private access), reading material (downloadable), and two monthly live sessions with teachers via Zoom. Either a presentation or a question and answer session, the recordings will be available if you are unable to make the live meetings. You need to join regular study (including course notes, videos, and live streams) and your own research, attend video meetings on course day with teaching application and practice.

  • 09:30 - 11:30 Welcome followed by Hatha yoga
  • 12:00 - 13:00 Pranayama
  • 13:00 - 14:30 Lunch break
  • 14:30 - 15:00 Bhajan and mantras
  • 15:00 - 15:45 Sansktrita terms, yoga science, or teaching skills
  • 15:45 Tea break
  • 16:00 - 17:00 Satsanga

Who is this course for?

This course is aimed at students who are serious about developing their knowledge in yoga, its philosophy, and practices (Yoga Sadhana certificate) and for those who aim to become fantastic and insightful yoga teachers (200-hour yoga teacher training course). Upon completion of the course, you will be fully qualified to teach yoga.

Modules of 24 progressive lessons of Hatha yoga

  • Module 1: Gentle Hatha yoga to begin your sadhana in a traditional manner with Jattis, Kriyas and Aruna Surya Namaskar, and Plavini Kriyas 1 and 2
  • Module 2: Aruna Surya Namaskar variations and Plavini Kriyas 3, 4, and 5 for activating subtle energy currents, preparing your body, mind, and pranic nadis for sadhana, and enhancing neuroplasticity
  • Module 3: Hathenas for respiratory health
  • Module 4: Rishikesh Surya Namaskar to work towards conscious flow or Vinyasa work and Loma Viloma series 1
  • Module 5: Vedic Surya Namaskar and variations for energy awakening and flow ad Loma Viloma series 2 and 3
  • Module 6: Veera Bhadra series and Loma Viloma series four for strength, polarity, and awakening
  • Module 7: Hatha yoga lesson 1
  • Module 8: Hatha yoga lesson 2
  • Module 9: Aruna Surya Namaskar and Vinyasa (dynamic Hatha yoga session)
  • Module 10: Rishikesh Surya Namaskar and Vinyasa (dynamic, slow, and conscious flow)
