Accommodation
You will be staying at the accommodation of Yoga Skyros Academy. The student rooms are well-furnished and shared bathrooms. It is important that you do not bring too much clothing since washing machines are available for a small fee of 10 EUR.
Students will be staying in a shared bedroom or 4-bed room accommodation. A single room option is available upon request (at an additional cost).
Program
The program is designed to not only shed light on many aspects of yoga, but also to teach you how to use Hatha yoga, the mother of all yoga, and to lead a substantial, effective yoga class in order to be able to inspire and motivate others.
Each class has a maximum of six students, and this will give you the privilege to be closer to your master and to understand not only a commercial approach of yoga, but also the essence and transformation of the powerful yoga science.

- Delve into yoga ethics and the student-teacher relationship
- Discover and study Patanjali’s eight limbs
- Explore the history of yoga with the ancient text of the masters

- Learn basic physiology and anatomy related to yoga

Once you have completed the 200 RYT certification course, you are eligible to sign up for the high grade 300 RYT certification course. The price is 2,400 EUR for students who conducted the 200 RYT course.
If the 21 days were not sufficient for the student and need further teaching, an extension of 1 week is possible for an additional fee of 550 EUR.

The experienced and qualified yoga master (800 RYT), Radha Ji, trained in Asia and India, promises you fun and pleasure in the discovery of yoga. She will teach you yoga novices or experienced yogi, Hatha yoga, the mother of all yoga, and how to use yoga in the daily life of stress and tension.

As of October 22, 2022, Yoga Skyros is happy to inform you about their move to 16674 Glyfada, 113 Agisilaou, which is placed between the sea and the mountain - 2.5 kilometers to the sea and 0.5 kilometers to the Mountain Illias.
5Glyfada is the South Part of Athens and is easy to find and easy to get into Athens as well. It is the Greek Riviera with high-class walking and shopping, and restaurants of all cuisines. Within 300 meters, there are supermarkets and coffee shops all necessary to spend your time between studying yoga and enjoying the Greek lifestyle.
The Temple of Hatha Yoga remains the same; a beautiful yoga room with a wooden floor and balconies all around. The rooftop will host external yoga classes with a view of the sea.

Welcome to this new Greek place where you can enjoy a lovely winter and a beautiful summer to study their different teacher training all year long with the masters. The Yoga Academy has a Holistic Department that provides Kinesiology (touch for health) based on the Chinese Medicine, Dr. Bach Consultation and removing negative feelings, and massage therapy and includes the famous spine reflex massage. Students pay only half price.
