The Sampoorna certified yoga teacher training residential course is registered with the Yoga Alliance at the 200-hour level. Rasa is a student and disciple of Shri Yogi Hari. She received her 200-hour certification in 2015 and 300-hour advanced certification in 2016 in Sampoorna Yoga. She lives at Shri Yogi Hari's ashram in Miramar, Florida and teaches weekly Hatha yoga classes. Her areas of focus are Hatha yoga and Nada yoga, the yoga of divine vibration. She is blessed to have been exposed to Sampoorna Yoga and to have the opportunity to study with a master as wise as Shri Yogi Hari. It is her greatest honor to share Shri Yogi Hari's teachings with the yogic community.
Yogi Hari's Ashram is a 7-acre of lush tropical paradise, which is conveniently located between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, and is easily accessible from either airports and I-75. Naples, on the West Coast, is only one hour away. This is truly an oasis for spiritual aspirants who want to retreat from the stressful and hectic world.

You will enjoy two healthy vegetarian meals daily, served buffet style. The diet includes simply deliciously prepared fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, tofu, and some dairy (optional).
