The trick is to learn how to work in a way that doesn’t cause more misery. Karma yoga is a mental discipline that allows one to carry out one’s duties as a service to the entire world, as a path to enlightenment. By working in the real world, by giving up attachment to work, you can obtain spiritual liberation.
You shall discuss the concept of Karma which are similar to those given in the Bhagavada-Gita, and single out Siddhartha as a primary example of this form of yoga. Main study is based on "Karma In Its Effect On Character" chapter, the "Secret of Work", what is the duty of an individual, the relevance and importance of "Non-Attachment", and the main ideal of Karma yoga.

Along with that, you will elaborate on the qualifications of the aspirant and various other elements.
