If you want to be able to teach creative classes and to be qualified as a 200RYT yoga teacher, you should join this 200-hour teacher training. This training will take place at Flowing Waters Retreat located in a beautiful mountainous setting. Upon completion of this training, it is expected that you are already able to teach creative classes of yoga and recognized by the Yoga Alliance as one of the certified yoga teachers.

The accommodation for this retreat will be the Namaste House. Namaste House is a gorgeous and comfortable dwelling for this teacher training and retreat group who are “unplugging” in the beauty of nature. Namaste House is located on the creek with 3 huge outdoor decks for outdoor gatherings. Inside, large dual pane windows enhance 5 lovely bedrooms and open to the sound of the creek in the summer.

The interior has gorgeous bird’s nest knotted pine paneling and wall to wall carpeting. It is equipped with three full bathrooms (3 showers plus a luxury claw foot tub) that have natural mineral water flowing through the house for soaking as well as a private 6 person sauna.

Namaste House offers 9 single beds divided among 4 bedrooms, 1 double room, 1 queen bedroom loft, and a lovely creek side camping platform. It will be a meditative, creative, and inspirational retreat with flowing creek waters through 10 acres of forest that brings joy and healing in the power and beauty of Mount Shasta.

Along with endless hiking out the back door of the Namaste House, you will venture to Mount Shasta and Heart Lake for yoga, hiking, and meditation. You may also have the opportunity to join in on an authentic Indian sweat lodge and venture into redwood territory.

This teacher training will be carried out at Flowing Waters Retreat, California, USA. This retreat center is located directly across the street from Stewart Mineral Springs. Stewart Mineral Springs is a very special place, as it tucked away in a mountainous retreat center, 20 minutes from the sacred and beautiful Mount Shasta.

Food is prepared daily and consists of 2 large meals with locally grown and mostly vegetarian foods. A high energy breakfast in the morning, and a late lunch early dinner are prepared daily. These meal times are chosen to improve energy levels and yield digestive time before doing your daily yoga practices.
