On the Waterfront has a spacious living area with gourmet kitchen and grand dining. This extraordinary house is located on a deep-water canal perfect for fishing and boating. This home features three private master suites, each with a jetted tubs. Relax and enjoy at the private heated swimming pool while you marvel at the stunning sunsets.

Excursions and activities may include paddleboard yoga, surfing, bicycle rides, and fishing. More information for these activities will be provided prior to the first day of training.
The beautiful On the Waterfront home is located right on the Gulf of Mexico about 20 minutes off the coast of Florida from Appalachicola.

Dinner is not provided, however there is a full equipped kitchen for your usage.
The Gulf of Mexico, the Apalachicola Bay, and the Apalachicola River converge to form one of the most productive estuaries in the world. These island waters are nationally recognized as a fishermans paradise. Fresh oysters and sweet, plump shrimp are harvested locally and sold at the numerous fresh seafood dealers. You may also enjoy these seafood delicacies at the excellent restaurants on Saint George Island and nearby Apalachicola and East Point.
There are a number of full-service marinas and public launch ramps available in Apalachicola, East Point, Carrabelle, and now on Saint George Island. Enjoy guided excursions to nearby uninhabited islands, national wildlife preserves, and the Apalachicola River. The Dr. Julian G. Bruce State Park at the eastern end of the island also provides excellent kayak launches.
The newest addition to the island is the majestic Cape Saint George Light, rebuilt from the fallen remains of the final Cape Saint George Lighthouse. Visit the Saint George Island Visitor Center and Lighthouse Museum and learn about its fascinating history. So leave your other life behind as you cross the bridge and enter island time. Loggerhead sea turtles are an important part of life on Saint George Island. Loggerheads return to their own hatching grounds to nest and lay eggs between May and November.
Bring your own bicycles or rent them from one of the shops and enjoy the islands 6.3 mile bike path from 12th Street West to the State Park. Pack your binoculars for native and migratory bird watching. And gaze at the stars in our magnificent sky, unobstructed by the glare of city lights.
