During this training, you will be staying at Hotel Vittorio. It is located in the center of the most beautiful bay of Ischia. Apart from your three daily meal times, you will spend your days typically by having two sessions of stand up paddle yoga theory and practice everyday. The classes will start at 10:00 and 16:00 respectively, and each class will last for two and a half hours. Upon the completion of this yoga teacher training, you will earn 20 hours of continuing education recognized by Yoga Alliance.
During the teaching hours, you will learn about how to choose your stand up paddle yoga board, the theory of stand up paddling and the safety, preparing students for stand up paddling, how to teach your students to stand, balance, and paddle on the stand up paddle board, how to practice and modify appropriate stand up paddle yoga asanas, and how to sequence for stand up paddle yoga classes.

During this training, you will be served three daily meals, consisting of sea and land food of the island.
The beach adjoining to the Hotel Vittorio is equipped with sun umbrellas and sunbeds, and is completely available to the guests. In the bay, it is possible to practice sports like snorkeling, canoe, windsurf, or kitesurf. Pedalos and small boats can be hired to make short excursions along the coast.
You can go explore the sea of Sant'Angelo, visit many thermal gardens in the area, or visit the old Roman therms.

From the port of Naples - Molo Beverello, you can take the ferry (Traghetto) for one hour 15 minutes trip to Ischia, or Hydrofoil (aliscafo), for 45 minutes' trip. Alternatively, if you are heading from the port of Pozzuoli, you can take the ferry to Ischia for one-hour trip.
There are two train stations that you can use to reach the port of Naples, the Napoli Centrale or the Napoli Piazza Garibaldi. Both stations facilitate immediate access to Piazza Garibaldi, which is about four kilometers from the Beverello port, easily reached by taxi.
