Certifications

The course/hours count as Continuing Education hours for Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®) only.

Minimum 80% attendance is required.

All sessions are held live online, allowing you to join from anywhere in the world while still being part of a committed and connected group.

Timing of sessions or daily schedule (CEST)

  • Weekly live class (2.5 hours): Wednesdays at 17:00 (CEST), 11:00 Eastern US, and 08:00 Pacific US
  • Additional meditation session (30 minutes): Saturdays at 19:00 (CEST), 13:00 Eastern US and 10:00 Pacific US (optional but recommended)
  • Start date: June 3rd
  • Duration: 4 months
  • Total: 50 hours
  • All sessions are recorded.

  • Sankhya philosophy (Purusha / Prakriti)

  • Karma, samskaras, and conditioned behaviour
  • The five kleshas and the roots of suffering
  • The eight limbs of yoga and their practical application
  • Meditation: understanding, practicing, and guiding
  • How to integrate these teachings into everyday life
