Flying Tree Yoga

This training offered a thorough training and holistic approach to yoga that went beyond my expectations.

The course was comprehensive, covering a wide range of essential topics including anatomy, asanas, Ayurveda, chakras, the history of Yoga, philosophy, restorative Yoga and sequencing. What stood out was the meticulous attention to detail in each area, ensuring that we received a well-rounded education.

Andrea, Andrew and Nathalie, the instructors, demonstrated immense dedication and effort in organizing and delivering the content. Their teaching style was hands-on and personalized, fostering an environment that was both supporting and engaging. You can really feel their passion for Yoga as they share knowledge, experiences and tips.

One aspect I particularly appreciated was the flexibility regarding meals. Unlike other programs that include food as part of the package, we were responsible for our own cooking. Fortunately, with supermarkets close by, and a friendly local fruit vendor, it was manageable. This setup allowed me to me more mindful of my eating habits and also provided an opportunity to bond with fellow trainers over shared meals.

I’m grateful for this whole experience, the teachers and my peers. I wholeheartedly recommend this course to anyone looking to deepen their yoga practice and embark on a fulfilling teaching path.

Andrew and Andrea are the perfect Yin and yang for your yogi learning experience. Very knowledgeable, very patient, very kind. The location is convenient for everything you need.

I feel I learned many new things in this course, both about myself and how I relate to my yoga practice.

I found that the teachers were always eager to ask how we were doing, and at the same time, they were very methodical with the lessons. This made me feel that I was working hard, yet being well taken care of.

Andrew's teachings on yoga philosophy and history were very insightful, and the consulting materials they organized were very accessible and comprehensive. The information on Asanas was also very thorough.

My overall sensation was very fulfilling, and I would recommend the course without a doubt.

Since the two teachers are the opposite from each other, the training is very balanced. Everything is planned very well and I feel ready to go out there and teach. Ver welcoming and great community.

I´m super glad that I did my YTT at Flying Tree in Medellín. Andrew and Andrea are great teachers and I learned a lot about yoga, that I didn´t know before. Especially the detailed presentations and the manual they gave us at the beginning of the course were super helpful, also for future yoga teachings. I also really liked the variety of yoga-related topics. We didn´t only learn about asanas and yoga spirituality, but also about human anatomy, sequencing concepts for own yoga classes and qualities of a good teacher, which was very interesting. Furthermore they have a really good price for what the offer.
