Hot Yoga Altea

Noemi is Hot Yoga Altea's director and main teacher. She has led thousands of hours in Yin yoga, Hatha, Ashtanga, flow, and Bikram style. She teaches anatomy and philosophy, and leads retreats and workshops. She started her yoga journey in London in 2012 and completed her first yoga teacher training (YTT) in India in 2015. Her passion took her to open a Hot Yoga studio in her homeland, Spain, in 2019, where she teaches 18 group classes weekly, private classes, yoga courses, and more. In 2019, she completed another multistyle YTT, and became a Bikram instructor in 2022.

Flavia is a 700-hour certified yoga teacher with over 14 years of constant practice in schools and more than 2 years of teaching experience in retreats around the world. Her main styles include Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, and Yoga Nidra. She is also a certified Ayurveda Massage Therapist, Sound Healer, and Reiki Practitioner. Flavia offers a holistic approach to yoga, integrating pranayama and meditation into her teachings. Her purpose is to continuously learn and share with the world what Yoga truly means to her.
