With a background in football and functional training, he understands the body not only as a philosophical concept, but as a living, adapting system that thrives through intelligent movement. He is a yoga teacher and nutritionist with a Master of Science, and his teaching spans asanas, yoga philosophy, sports science, and nutrition.

Kalyani is the heart of our team and guiding spirit of the training. As guru of the program and creative force behind Kalyani’s Kitchen, she brings the same devotion and intuition to nourishing food as she does to teaching yoga - creating experiences that touch both body and soul. With a background in dance and aerobics and over 25 years of experience in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, her teaching carries both precision and grace. She shares yogic wisdom with a depth that comes from decades of personal practice and lived understanding, guiding students toward steadiness, awareness, and inner clarity.
