After studying Traditional Chinese Medicine in China for several years and traveling to India for multiple teacher trainings Sjenade has settled in Indonesia where she teaches on teacher trainings and retreats. Sjenade, Acupressure Yoga, uses the knowledge and experience she has gained about the physical and energetic body to teach a unique practice of Yin Yoga and Acupressure Massage that offers layered therapeutic benefits for body, mind and soul.

Lou-Anne or Cipsyshanti Yoga, is a 500h+ RYT Yoga teacher, specialized in energy inspired yoga and emotional guidance through her concept of « Yin Yoga Inward Experiences » and a Feminine sacred space holder. Lou-Anne's teachings are based on a reconnection to "Being with the heart", through astrology, chanting and using the energy of the moment. She will guide you into a mystic and authentic practice, in which you will go on a true journey of the self.
