Divine Light Yoga

There was nothing I could fault with this training, the amount of knowledge passed on was incredible but yet not overwhelming. The entire experience completley exceeded all my expectations and I would do it again as we learnt so much while supporting, learning and teaching each other. Laura creates a wonderful atmosphere which puts everyone at ease and allows you really get the most from the training.

Laura created a very wam and friendly space. She is a super patient and experienced teacher who tailored the course to meet the diverse needs of our group. I learned a great deal and gained the confidence to host yoga classes. I made a few unexpected discoveries along the way and loved the yoga lessons. The views from the studio are amazing. Jo , who runs the apartments is a kind soul too who puts loving energy into her yoga. The Classes were all amazing and cycling to the beach ended the day perfectly. I would recommend this course, it is empowering and full of useful tools to use in the classroom. Please don't feel intimidated, this studio is a really safe place.

The rooms are super clean and modern with beautiful art pieces. The biggest highlight was working with the outreach children and for me, bonding with the friendliest yogis! If you have the chance to go, do it! Treat yourself and your students!
