Online Transformative Yoga Teacher Training
Yoga is about taking control and responsibility for your own health. It is about calming the fluctuations of a manic mind through breath, movement, and meditation. This well-established course program will take you to different subjects including the philosophy behind yoga, from ancient times up to the present. You will develop yourself on a physical, mental, and spiritual level, and you will be given the confidence to take your yoga practice to a deeper awareness and become a real yoga teacher. At the same time, in order to make you become a wholistic yoga teacher, you will have the course of Aryuvedic and natural treatment. At the end of the training, you will go through theory and practical examination which will award you a Rajadhiraja yoga teacher certificate consisting of 200 hours of training from Ananda Marga Yoga organization.

Pre-application requirements
- Students' skill level: beginner or anyone who has a yoga background but wants to learn Rajadhiraja yoga or go deeper in yoga
- Please keep one yoga mat, one towel, and wear soft clothes
- Good quality laptop, computer, or mobile phone
- Wi-Fi connection
Certifications
After passing your exam, Ananda Marga Yoga will issue the certificate and post it to the place where you are. The certificate is recognized by the whole world.
How the training works
This will be an online course using Zoom for live classes. There will be 3-hour classes every day and the training will last for 65 days with classes.
There will be 3 sessions for your online exam (with question and answer); both theory and practical, after 60 days of classes.
Timing of sessions (GMT+8)
After booking, please let Ananda Marga Yoga know your timezone and your available time, and they will adjust the schedule with you.
This will be more than 2 months of intense training including both online contact and self study sessions. Every day, you will have one session of live yoga asanas class, and every two days, you will have one session of philosophy classes and self study session. Additionally, there will be cooking classes and exam.

- 30 sessions self study / yoga practice

Dada Mantrajapanda
Dada Mantrajapanda is a senior Indian Tantra yogi and meditation teacher. He has conducted hundreds of lectures, programs, detox camp, and health wellness for those who are interested in yoga practice and yogic treatment. He also a practitioner of Ayurveda and Homeopathy medicine. He used to cure many cases with chronic diseases, fertility, cancer, kidney stone, imbalance hormone, and emotional behavior, depression.

This teacher training is held online. Ananda Marga Yoga is located in Davao City, Philippines (GMT+8), and they will live-stream yoga classes via Zoom which you can participate from the comfort of your home.
