Instructores
Sadhushri
Sadhushri es un nombre muy conocido en el ámbito del yoga. Es un tutor de yoga con experiencia, vinculado a Ekam Yogashala, que comparte con los alumnos su visión de la filosofía del yoga, ya que está especializado en filosofía. Comenzó su camino de exploración del yoga en Divine Life Society y Sivananda Ashram, en Rishikesh. A lo largo de su recorrido de exploración profunda del yoga, ha realizado varios otros cursos. La razón de sus enormes conocimientos en filosofía e historia es su formación en el Patanjali Yoga Sutra, los Upanishads y la literatura budista.
Vikas Badoni
El gurú del yoga Vikas nació en una familia brahmán y creció en el seno del valle del Himalaya. Gracias a sus orígenes y a su entorno, ha ido recibiendo conocimientos sobre mantras y rituales tradicionales practicados por los hindúes. Sankey Kumar Sharma
Sankey Kumar Sharma, un experto yogui, es de la hermosa ciudad de Rishikesh, la capital mundial del yoga. Ankit Ranakoti
