Certifications

The course/hours count as Continuing Education hours for Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®) only.

Students are guided through Non-Dual Shaiva Tantra (NDST) teachings on spanda (the pulsation of consciousness) and vimarśa (self-reflective awareness), while grounding those principles through somatic inquiry, slow flow, Yin, authentic relating, and deity yoga.

Through these practices, the body becomes the text, the teacher, and the transmission.

Whether taken as a stand-alone training or as part of the Salty Prana 300-hour YTT, Somatic Wave offers an integrated pathway for teachers and practitioners to cultivate deep inner presence, embodied wisdom, and the ability to guide from felt experience rather than intellectual understanding.
