The Source

Renee has always been fascinated by the wisdom of the human body, as shown in her dance background, nutrition, and fitness studies. She has been teaching Pilates since 1997 and over the years and yoga since 2014. Her teaching has evolved to integrate both disciplines with breath work, fascia, mindfulness, well-being, and flow. She brings all these elements into her classes in order to provide a unique experience for each person. She's had the privilege of presenting Pilates and yoga teacher training and retreats around the world and in particular, the understanding of anatomy for yoga!

As one of the founders of The Source, I have taught transformation for several decades in a multitude of capacities. I lecture Applied Yogic Philosophy on our various Yoga Teacher Trainings. In a nut shell, learning to understand the human condition by being self reflective, increasingly conscious and how to make growth decisions versus fear decisions. I offer Relationship Yoga retreats internationally, mirror work sessions, and healing frequency(guided mediation, pranayama, toning) classes.

Bianca has been an integral energy in our Yoga Teacher Training programme, leading the Vinyasa, philosophy, bhakti, pranayama and lifestyle lectures. She has been part of our faculty since 2016, having trained over 80 students, and held over 700 hours of training. She is a well integrated teacher that holds space with authenticity and kindness, while students are empowered to find their own authentic teacher within themselves. Bianca is able to connect at a heart space with her students and offers her time and energy freely for their growth and expansion, with enthusiasm and commitment.
