How the training works
Two options to complete the 50 Hours Online course:

You can start the course anytime you want in the self-paced option of the Online Yoga Teacher Training Course. There are no live sessions. However, complete the course at your convenience within six months of the booking date.

The time is IST (Indian Standard Time). The live session is approximately ninety minutes on all days of the week except Sundays.
There are 20 live sessions (about 90 minutes each) on all days of the week except Sundays. Recordings are available if you cannot join live classes. You will receive study material, lifetime access to the course, and support via WhatsApp chat for six months. The course duration is 50 hours. Support on alignment, postures, and anything related to online Iyengar yoga certification is available on WhatsApp chat.
For evaluation of the Iyengar yoga classes online, you record a class of 30 to 45 minutes of teaching. It could be teaching anyone or even an imaginary person. Upload the video to YouTube as ‘unlisted’ and share the link with Arohan Yoga on WhatsApp for feedback. Even though it is an online course, they want you to have a sattvic (yogic) diet for the best physical and mental results. Try to refrain from drugs, meat, alcohol, and cigarettes during the program.
