Eli Ciuffarella van der Pol
Yoga helped Eli recover from her injuries and at the same time, helped her reconnect with her body. She embarked on a journey seeking the best teachings, so she could transmit this art of yoga to her students in the most comprehensive way possible. She holds more than 900 hours of yoga education simply because she believes you are always, in the first place, a student.
Patrick van der Pol
From a young age, Patrick has been interested in martial arts and started from eight years old to practice karate. Later, he went into training Kung Fu and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ). It was not until later in life that he found yoga and it changed his life. Never had he found something that had such a complete practice to him, not only physical but also the philosophy, pranayama, meditation, mantras, kirtans (music), and Ayurveda.
Nils von Münster-Kistner
Born in Germany and raised in Austria. Nils started his sports journey with Taekwondo when he was a child - somehow got into Triathlon where he competed on a high level for years - before he took a more health based approach when he started with yoga and meditation - since then he has followed a multisport approach that's complimented with weight lifting, Brazilian Jiujitsu, and cycling. He is a physiotherapist, yoga teacher, and anatomy.
