Orientation, foundational Yin asana, introduction to meridian theory and Bali cultural immersion.

Days 3-4

Daily Schedule

At Om Breathe Yoga School, each day is thoughtfully structured to create a balance between practice, learning, and relaxation. The schedule is designed to help you gradually deepen your understanding of Yin yoga while allowing time for rest and self-reflection.
