Pokhara Yoga School Nepal is a Registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance USA offers a 100-hour multi-style yoga teacher training course in Pokhara Nepal. This course is suitable for the students who are wishing to complete a 200-hour yoga teacher training course in two semesters. The first semester of 200-hour YTTC (semester 1) allows the student to study the first two weeks out of the four-week 200-hour teacher training curriculum. Students returning to Pokhara Yoga School can complete the rest 200-hour curriculum by enrolling in the 100-hour yoga teacher training course (semester 2). Upon completing their first semester, students may return to the school to complete their 200 hours of training at any time within 36 months of completing the 100-hour yoga teacher training course yoga for beginners (semester 1).

The retreat centre has private rooms with a king-size bed and twin sharing rooms as well as 24-hour hot/cold showers. It is located in a peaceful and quiet place where you'll feel like you're in a real yogic place. The food provided is organic from the garden, there is also a swimming pool, 24-hour spring running water in the pool and bathroom, and the backdrop is the mountain and the front is Phewa Lake and landmark farm.

Prem Bahadur
Prem Bahadur Shah est un professeur de yoga de 28 ans. Il a déménagé en Inde à l’âge de 19 ans et a rejoint l’école de formation de professeur de yoga d’Upaya Yoga en 2014, débutant sa carrière comme spécialiste de la cuisine végétarienne sattvique yogique indienne, en tant que chef de cuisine et manager. Cependant, il a rapidement compris que la cuisine n’était pas sa seule passion ; travailler et vivre dans un environnement yogique est devenu une véritable source de stimulation, éveillant une profonde curiosité et un vif intérêt pour la pratique du yoga. En 2015, il a finalement décidé de changer le cours de sa vie en débutant sa propre pratique yogique auprès de plusieurs gurus.
Sanjeev Singh Madan
Madan est professeur de yoga et thérapeute en massage thaï-yoga. Madan est né près de Lumbini, lieu de naissance de Bouddha, dans le sud du Népal. À l’âge de 12 ans, il a été initié au yoga par un maître yogi de l’Himalaya, avec qui il a pratiqué le yoga pendant un certain temps. À partir de ce moment-là, le yoga est devenu une partie fondamentale de sa vie. If you are coming to Pokhara from India, you will find multiple points of entry into Nepal. Some of the entry points are Kakkarbhitta (West Bengal), Biratnagar (Bihar) Birgunj (Bihar) Sanauli, Nepalgunj, Dhangadi, and Mahendranagar all across the border from Uttar Pradesh. Take a bus or car ride to Pokhara.
