Dr. Hemlata Saklani Bahuguna was born in 1985 in New Tehri. She has attended the Combined (P.G.) Institute of Medical Science & Research (CIMSR) in Dehradun, where she graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Physiotherapy. After graduation, she started working in the field of the effect of physiotherapy on rib-fracture and spinal-cord injuries as she has done research and projects in the same field. She is an expert in the field of yoga anatomy and physio-yoga therapy.
