Suly centre has a long history of hosting spiritual gatherings and this energy can be felt in the peaceful, tranquil surroundings and the many little temples spread throughout the spacious tropical garden. It is a quite unique and truly inspiring spiritual location and a perfect setting for a yin yoga immersion.
With successful completion of the training, students will receive a Yoga Alliance-affiliated 100-hour certificate from The Body-Mind-Soul Centre (RYS 300 – registered school with Yoga Alliance) which can be accredited to the 300-hour Yoga Alliance certification program (or alternatively can count as Yoga Alliance continuing education credits).

Mindfulness will be a subject in focus, and you will be guided on how to integrate mindfulness principles to transform a Yin yoga class into a meditation practice and a healing session. The Taoist meridians and five elements give you resources of inspiration for your practice and your teaching.
Students will gain the knowledge, confidence, Yoga Alliance credits, and Yin Yoga Therapy™ diploma to teach and share this wonderful practice.
Get a solid understanding of yin yoga as a yoga practice and healing modality. In this course, you will learn all the essential elements of Yin yoga with a focus on how to integrate the Daoist healing wisdom of the chi flow and the meridians in your teaching. You'll look into the Yin side of yoga from all angles and dive deep into the subject of how to apply Yin yoga as therapy.
When you awaken and align your body’s underlying energy, you activate your innate process of healing and transformation. Demystify how energy affects everything you do and feel and learn how to work with your body and your mind.
You will get to know about acupressure points applied in the poses and sequencing according to physical or emotional issues. The alternative medicine aspect of Daoism offers the opportunity for deep healing and profound transformation. Understand the basic principles and learn about tools and practices that balance your subtle body, which is how physical, emotional, and spiritual healing begins, so you can build vitality, unravel energetic blockages, and boost your immunity.
You will be given a deep insight into each meridian and each Daoist element. Find out more about their subconscious value and the applied body acupressure points and yin yoga poses to help balance those energies and stimulate a free chi flow.
In detail, you explore each body’s target area and its correlation with the meridians and facial pathways. Your hosts explain to you ways to emotional healing and the release of energetic blockages in the poses. As you put your bodies in certain positions, different meridian energy streams get stimulated, and you activate your body’s own healing powers.
For an embodied experience, students will find the opportunity to practice teaching themselves and develop their own style in the art of teaching Yin. The focus is to imply sequences according to the meridians and Daoist elements, understanding their energetic value and the subtle art of creating the ideal environment for a transformational experience of body, mind, and soul to take place.
In the Circles of Transformation, your hosts create a safe space to connect and share. Together, you open the gates to a long-lasting transformation.
By the end of this course, you will not only receive your Yin Yoga Therapy™ diploma and a Yoga Alliance Certificate with Continuing Education Credits, but you will feel stronger, more balanced, healthier, and better able to thrive and flow in the life you are meant to live. (This program is designed as a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education, however, there is no specific prerequisite required but an open mind and commitment and dedication to your personal development).

Ubud is Bali’s prominent art center, famous for its painter’s community. But Ubud is special in more ways than one. You will find emerald green rice fields in the stunning central Balinese foothills, the village also used to be the centre for medicinal sources. It has its own magic, and its particularly beautiful surroundings and gracious way of life have drawn travellers and artists from all over the world in recent decades; some have even adopted Ubud as their own home.
The magic is easy to find – just take a walk south of the village through its terraced paddy fields to the monkey forest. Freshwater spouts out of the sheer rock at the base of the ravine, and a bath in a secluded, shady spot is purifying.
