Monday - Saturday:

  • 09:00 - 09:30 It's time for breakfast to get some energy
  • 10:30 - 11:30 Alignment and adjustment / teaching methodology

The students are offered healthy meals, preferably sattvic, for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food fulfils your constituent need that conjures with your local Ayurvedic chefs.
