Aarti Saxena stands as a beacon of light in the world of yoga education, renowned for her profound wisdom, unwavering dedication, and transformative impact on countless lives. Born and raised in the spiritual heartland of India, From a young age, Aarti was drawn to the transformative power of yoga, finding solace and spiritual fulfillment in its practice. Inspired by her personal journey of self-discovery and healing, she pursued rigorous training under revered yoga masters, immersing herself in the study of asanas, pranayama, meditation, and yogic philosophy.

Cecilia Silverio is a dedicated yoga practitioner and teacher who has undergone extensive training over the years. In 2021, he completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training course at Hariom Yoga Vidya School, followed by an additional 100-hour course at the same institution in 2022. In 2024, he further advanced her practice with a 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training course at Mira Yoga Shala. That same year, Ceci also completed an Ayurveda Panchakarma course at Anahata, and gained proficiency in sound healing and singing bowl therapy through both theoretical and practical training at Mira Yoga Shala.
