Helene is a longtime teacher with over 20 years of experience, now running a yoga teacher training school and retreat center in the forests of Norway. Her journey began in gymnastics and shifted to yoga at 17, when she attended her first course in England. There, she discovered the value of softness and presence over pressure and competition—a perspective that continues to shape her practice more than 30 years later.
