Spiritually known as Krishna Sakha, Prashant Bhattarai is a compassionate healer and dedicated yoga teacher who blends the wisdom of Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga with the transformative power of hypnotherapy and energy healing.

Prajwal Pathak is an Ashtanga and Hatha yoga teacher and Reiki master. Born in Morang, eastern Nepal, Prajwal Pathak discovered yoga in 2019 as a simple step toward better health but it soon became a journey of self-realization and inner peace. Through dedicated practice, he completed the 500-hour training, specializing in Ashtanga, Hatha, and Vinyasa yoga, and deepened his expertise in Reiki and sound healing.

Jamuna Bhandari is the heart of Shiv Tattva Yog School - a devoted spiritual practitioner, Reiki Grand Master, and Yoga Master whose journey beautifully intertwines with that of Devaraj Pathak. From Dubai and Germany to Nepal, she has been a constant source of strength and inspiration, walking beside Devaraj through every stage of transformation, practice, and self-realization. Grounded in faith and compassion, Jamuna’s teachings center on energy healing, sound therapy, and yogic harmony.
