Akhi le professeur est d’une grande patience et est un très bon enseignant. Les cours d’alignement sont top!

Sehr schönes Shala, Agonda ist ruhig , friedlich und der schöne Strand nur über die Strasse. Altersmässig gut durchmischte Gruppe. Fundierte Yogastunden, mit Optionen für verschiedene Level. Sehr freundlicher, geduldiger Lehrer.

J’ai adoré Ruh Yoga pour mon premier teacher training. Le professeur est attentif à ses élèves, la promotion était familiale et les valeurs véhiculés correspondent aux fondements traditionnels du yoga. Les classes sont variées pour permettre de devenir un professeur complet après ce training.

The location of Ruh yoga was absolutely incredible, just 200yrds from Agonda beach. Set back off the road nestled in coconut and banana trees a truly magical place. The shala where we had our daily classes was beautiful, an open space overlooking the tree tops where we could watch the sun rise as we did our yoga practice. The atmosphere couldn't have been better. The class size was 8 so we all had almost individual tuition it was amazing. Akhi our teacher was THE BEST, he was so patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble. WE couldn't have received a better teacher. Whilst there I did explore other Yoga schools out of interest, but was so relieved to have booked Ruh yoga, as a lot of the other schools are HUGE they have up to 30/40 in a class!!!! which I feel would be impossible to get that 'personal touch' too. If you are thinking of going to do your teacher training I'm serious don't look any further as this really is THE BEST!!!
