100-hour yoga teacher training

This 100-hour yoga teacher training course will be performed by a team of experienced meditation guides and expert yoga teachers. It is offered by the best yoga school in Rishikesh and is designed for beginners as well as intermediate level. This yoga teacher training is a multi-style program for beginners with a basic knowledge of yoga.

Shatkarma

The six purificatory techniques. Before commencing pranayama, any imbalance in the dosas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) should be removed/balances. In Hatha Yoga there are six particular practices which were specifically designed for this purpose. They are called Shatkarma.
