Rishikesh Yogis Yogshala

Uttam Ghosh was born in Rishikesh, India. His fascination with yoga developed during childhood when he experienced the ‘Bhakti’ form of yoga with his grandfather. His curiosity for yoga led him to explore and study the mystic invisible life force energy. It was because of this hunger to search the depth of mystic life forces that Uttam started his spiritual journey which led him to learn and practice Kundalini, Yantra, Mantra, and Tantra yoga. Uttam teaches a wide range of transformational Kundalini, Hatha, and Ashtanga yoga in Rishikesh.

Ritesh will be the yoga anatomy and adjustment alignment instructor.

Maria Andrea Saldaña trained in Physical Education at ISEF Vélez Sarsfield (Buenos Aires). She is a seasoned yoga teacher with over a decade of experience and the founder of Espacio Ananda in Mar del Plata, Argentina. Her journey began with the practice and instruction of Classical Hatha Yoga and Meditation. She later pursued extensive training in the Anusara® Yoga method, becoming a certified Anusara Elements™ Teacher. Since then, she has focused her teaching on alignment-based practices.

With a background in law and a master’s degree, combined with years of experience teaching at the university level, he discovered yoga as a path to deeper connection and purpose. For many years, he has been guiding students in yoga teacher trainings, inspiring transformation and growth. His journey includes completing a 300-hour program in Buenos Aires, a 200-hour training with teachers from the United States, and a 300-hour course at Rishikesh Yogis Yogshala in India.
