This 200-hour teacher training course combines theory and practice of Hatha and Ashtanga yoga while exploring the roots of yoga in the Vedas, Bhagavad Gita, Upanishads, and classical yogic texts.

Malathi is a post-graduate degree holder of yoga from Dr. MGR Medical College Chennai. She has been teaching yoga for more than 10 years. She has excellent knowledge of yoga philosophy, teaching yoga, traditional and Tantric yoga, alignment and sequencing of asanas, scientific backgrounds for yoga, anatomy, and physiology of yoga, yoga for children, yoga for pregnancy, and therapeutic yoga. Vrinda School also has other faculties with very good knowledge of Indian traditional yoga and philosophy.

Sanathananan Kanagadas is well-experienced in all Indian philosophies and teaching yoga of Hatha, having more than 30 years of experience in teaching throughout India.
