Accommodations at Aatm Yogashala is a spanking amalgamation of both Indian traditions and modern amenities to make the students feel the essence of home away from their home and an adequate workplace for learning yoga. Aatm provides their students with two neat, clean, and spacious yoga halls in the lap of nature.
Programa
This beginner-level yoga teacher training course is deemed to prepare you for a further next level of yoga teachers i.e. RYT 200 and so on. It will carve your yogic skills and knowledge. 100-hour yoga TTC is the only way to go on if you dreamed of as a yoga teacher! The first step of your yogic journey will be a curious practice to explore your body for the first time.

Note:
- Shatkarma/Kriya (yogic cleansing) practice will be repeated every Sunday morning.
- As this is a sample schedule (first week) some subjects such as adjustment, alignment, and teaching methodology will be started from next week onwards.

Instructores
Amit Yogi
Being born in the holy land of Rishikesh, his vision of following the path of yoga came naturally as health and spirituality were always subjects of his interest. It all then began with doing a Hatha Yoga Teachers Training Course at the renowned yoga School Kaialyadham in Pune and then followed with practice at the Sivananda Ashram in Rishikesh. After completing the teacher's training in Pune, he got introduced to the practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, which made him connect to himself in the deepest way spiritually, his discipline and perseverance helped him achieve mastery over Ashtanga Yoga

Away from the fast-paced life of limitless desires and expectations, here at the banks of Mother Ganga, you will touch base with the reality of the universal language of spirituality. As Aatm Yogashala is tenacious to giving their students the best possible environment for learning so their yoga halls are situated near the lap of nature, along the bank of the sacred Ganga river, a peaceful and calm environment making it suitable for meditation and spiritual segment of yoga and the atmosphere ample for a healthy mind and body.

The following meals are included: (100% pure vegetarian)
- Breakfast: Fresh fruits, tea, sprouts, poha, porridge, oats, muesli, peanut butter etc.

What we eat, not only influences our physical well-being, but also our emotions and thoughts. Yoga does not dissect food into proteins, carbohydrates or fats, instead, it classifies them according to the effect they have on the body and mind, into three types – Sattva, Rajas and Tamas.
- Sattvic food is the kind that makes you feel light, energetic and enthusiastic.
- Rajasic food is that which brings about activity or restlessness.
- Tamasic food is the kind of food that makes us lethargic or sluggish.

Multiple buses are running to and from ISBT Rishikesh, pick any that suits you and your location. Also, if there are no direct buses to Rishikesh, you can get to Dehradun or Hardiwar and from there you'll have buses every hour.
