  • 25 hours of teaching methodology - you will be taught about how to find your own unique voice as a yoga teacher. Principles of demonstration, observation, assisting, correcting, teaching style, how to structure your class according to the student’s process of learning, and assisting / correcting.
  • 20 hours of subtle anatomy and physiology - includes both human subtle anatomy and physiology (kosha, bandhas, chakras, nadis, dincharya, guna, dosha). Includes both the study of the subject and application of its principles to yoga practice (contraindications, benefits, mind - body - muscle connection, etc).
  • 30 hours of yoga history, yoga philosophy, introduction to Bhagwat Gita, Yoga Sutras, The Elements of Life, etc.
