13 Day 85-Hour Aerial Yoga and Aerial Flow Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India
Aerial and Hatha Yoga Teacher Training India
Adi Yoga Ashram offers a beautiful blend of Traditional Hatha Yoga with hybrid Aerial Yoga or Anti-Gravity Yoga. Adi Yoga School follows the traditional Himalayan teachings incorporating modern Yoga techniques and science behind it. In Aerial yoga, the body is supported in mid-air with the hammock which carries and relieves body weight and the mind can relax. Aerial yoga is also a very good way to release tension in the lower back and restore space between the vertebrae. Fear and tension are released while building self-confidence, experiencing a full range of breathing and having a lot of fun.
