The residential private rooms at the yoga school offer the perfect retreat for students seeking a peaceful and restorative environment. Each room was designed with mindfulness and comfort in mind. The decor is minimalist and serene, featuring earthy tones and natural materials to create a tranquil atmosphere.
The room itself is spacious, with ample floor space for personal yoga or meditation practice. The large window allows plenty of natural light to fill the room during the day, and the curtains can be drawn for privacy and darkness when needed.
A comfortable queen-size bed is the centerpiece of the room, adorned with soft, high-thread-count linens for a restful night's sleep. Ample storage space is provided for personal belongings.

Nestled in the breathtaking Himalayan foothills, Adiyogashala's school is located in the spiritual heart of Rishikesh, often referred to as the "yoga capital of the world." Surrounded by the Ganges River and lush forests, this sacred land provides the perfect backdrop for deepening your practice.

Food
This course includes 18 days of vegetarian breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets from Mondays to Saturdays. Sunday is a day off for the staff, so on this day, no meals will be served.
Breakfast includes warm herbal teas, locally grown fruit salad, and porridge made of oats / millets with some Indian breakfast dish. Lunch and dinner will include legumes / pulses / Indian curries with millets / rice and salads.
- Biweekly days will be reserved for purely sattvic food / Ayurvedic food for students to get an experience of the sattvic lifestyle that yoga promotes.
- Healthy snacks will be served every alternate day.
- Herbal teas will be provided.
- RO water will be available in plenty on the premises.
- Various cafés and restaurants are all around for Sunday meal options to try.
