Daily Schedule (example)

Your training takes place at Paraíso Ahimsa, a hidden gem on Colombia’s Caribbean coast built and designed by Julia Ahimsa. Surrounded by lush jungle and overlooking the turquoise sea, it’s a place where nature itself supports your practice — the sound of waves, the songs of tropical birds, and breathtaking sunsets create the perfect backdrop for transformation.

Three delicious vegetarian meals per day are included in your training package (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). Meals are homemade, fresh, and inspired by both Colombian and international cuisine — always prepared with love.

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Simón Bolívar International Airport (SMR).

You can also fly into Barranquilla (BAQ) (4 hours away) or Cartagena (CTG) (6 hours away).

Julia will provide you with the number of her trusted private driver for a safe and comfortable door-to-door service (extra cost).

Travel tip: Most international travelers fly into Bogotá or Medellín, then take a domestic flight to Santa Marta.

Arrival by bus

You can also take a local bus directly from Santa Marta to the location.

From Santa Marta, you can take a private transfer or a bus heading towards Palomino.
