(No availability) 4 Month Beyond Asana: 50-Hour Online Yoga Sutra Immersion
Online Yoga Immersion
In many yoga trainings, philosophy is introduced, but rarely explored with the depth and continuity it requires. Concepts are presented, a few sutras are studied, yet the connection to daily life often remains unclear. Over time, this can leave a sense that something essential is still to be understood. This training offers a more complete and structured approach, a dedicated immersion into the Yoga Sutras as a practical system for understanding the mind and the experience of life.

How the training works
All sessions are held live online, allowing you to join from anywhere in the world while still being part of a committed and connected group.
What makes this course different is that this is a dedicated immersion, not a fragmented introduction.
- Full study of the Yoga Sutras, not only selected verses
- Clear and progressive structure over 4 months
- Small group for personal attention
- Direct access to the teacher throughout the week
- Strong focus on applying the teachings in daily life
- Meditation as an integrated and essential part of the process
This training is not centered on accumulating information, but on developing understanding through observation and reflection.
Over time, the practice becomes more subtle:
- Noticing patterns instead of reacting automatically
- Cultivating steadiness in the mind
- Creating space between experience and response
This is where the teachings begin to take form.
