Program
Prerequisites
You need a 200-hour certificate, commitment, discipline, and willingness to go deep. An open mind and a sincere heart are essential. Your practice will naturally evolve during the training period.
About the training
The training covers: Ashtanga Vinyasa (primary and intermediate foundations), Hatha yoga (classical and modern alignment), yoga therapy, pranayama and kriyas, meditation and Mantra (Nada Yoga with Pablo), and comprehensive sequencing, adjustments, and intelligent teaching methodology. You will graduate ready to: teach advanced Hatha and intermediate Ashtanga-inspired classes, offer workshops, retreats, and in-depth programs, use biomechanics to teach safely and confidently, incorporate sound, mantra, meditation, and subtle anatomy, and lead with your authentic voice and unique energetic signature.
Who this training is for
This training is designed for yoga teachers who want to deepen their personal practice with traditional lineage and modern insights, master alignment, anatomy, and biomechanics for safe, intelligent teaching, and study at the feet of an Indian master teacher with decades of experience. You will learn to integrate sound healing and Nada Yoga into your offerings, teach with confidence, clarity, and inner coherence, and transform your life and spiritual path through the wisdom of yoga. Whether you are looking to advance your teaching skills, expand your healing toolkit, or deepen your own spiritual journey, this training provides the foundation and lineage you need.
The Akasha difference
This is not a generic training. It is a lineage-based, science-informed, heart-led immersion designed to shape leaders, not just instructors. You will be guided by Master Santhosh Kumar, who brings the authentic teachings of Mysore directly to you, combined with Lila Lorduy's expertise in modern biomechanics and embodied wisdom, and Pablo Bustillo's mastery of vibrational healing. Together, this unique combination creates a transformational experience that honors tradition while meeting the needs of modern practitioners and teachers.
