During this training, the students will stay for 11 nights in Madhav Residency in Rishikesh, India. The two available accommodation options are private rooms with attached toilets and non-attached private toilets.
The room includes facilities like air-conditioners (on request), a water heater, free Wi-Fi, and many other facilities like power backup and washing machines that make the stay comfortable. The school also comprises an in-house spa with all the modern amenities.

Program
This course is primarily suited for participants who are busy in their social or professional life to take out an entire month for participating in the yoga teacher training course. This course allows the students to complete their training in two phases.
The first phase is about “yoga learning”. In the first phase, the students will be focusing on learning the fine nuances of the yoga practice. In this phase, you will receive in-depth training about yoga anatomy, alignment, and hands-on adjustment techniques.
The course also includes sessions on detoxification, pranayama, Kriyas, meditation, Yoga Nidra, and more. The second phase is about “yoga teaching”. This is focused on fulfilling your dream of becoming a certified and accomplished yoga teacher or deepening your yoga practice to another level.
You will be having multiple practice sessions to fine-tune your teaching skills. AlakhYog will ensure that at the end of the training, you will be able to lead a yoga class independently and confidently. At the successful completion of both phases, you will receive a 100-hour certificate of completion.

Arrival by airplane
Please book your flight to arrive at Jolly Grant Airport (DED). Airport pick-up from Jolly Grant International Airport - Dehradun is included in the price.
There are three flights available daily from Delhi to Jolly Grant Airport Dehradun (DED) in the morning, afternoon, and evening. Once you have booked a flight, it is easy to get to the Domestic Airport from International Airport by shuttle bus. Alakhyog offers a free cab service upon your arrival at the Dehradun Airport.
Note: A ride in a taxi direct from Delhi Airport to Rishikesh takes up to 8 hours. Alakhyog can assist you in arranging the taxi. The fare is around 75 EUR.
Arrival by bus
Rishikesh has a good channel of buses joining it with main cities such as New Delhi, Jaipur, Agra, and Haridwar. The buses depart in the morning and late evening from Delhi's Inter State Bus Terminal for Rishikesh every day. There is a wide range to choose from a regular, deluxe, or luxurious coach service. Upon arriving at the Rishikesh bus stand, it is very easy to avail of a Tuk-Tuk or a local cab to the residency.
Arrival by train
Traveling on a train to Rishikesh only gets you as far as Haridwar which is 25 kilometers away from the residency. Although, it is very easy to catch a bus or a direct cab from Haridwar Railway Station to Rishikesh. There is a wide range of trains you could book from all over India to Haridwar as it is a popular point of interest.
