During this teacher training program, you will be staying at the yoga center. Air-conditioned room with Wi-Fi. The school building is newly constructed. There are indoor yoga studios, a dining area, and a beautiful rooftop. There are triple-sharing rooms or private rooms with hot showers. There is a washing machine and filtered drinking water facility. AlakhYog offers bed sheets, pillows, toilet paper, blankets, and other basic amenities.

About the training
Explore the divine intricacies of yoga in its many forms through this inspiring and life-changing program. The course deals with in-depth knowledge of Hatha and Ashtanga, along with meditation yoga philosophy, Ayurveda, naturopathy, and spiritual techniques. This is the place where you will experience bliss and transformation. Hatha yoga is one of the oldest forms of yoga, which emphasizes the balance of the body and mind. It is a way of purifying the body and awakening pranic energy, which is found in ancient Indian Vedic culture.
In recent years, it has become more and more popular as a great way of improving fitness levels and as a form of treatment for many ailments. The classes are based on ancient traditional yoga and are led by a very experienced teacher. The instructor will explain approximately 100 asanas in precise and thorough detail and will be teaching how to enter into a pose and how to come out of a pose, the correct alignment of poses, correct usage of props, including benefits of using props, how to assist others and correct various faults, the benefits of each pose, and other various benefits of yoga.
The classes also include sequencing. During the course, there will be a strong emphasis on developing good alignment skills in each student along with the knowledge of each asana. Classes are held from Mondays to Saturdays from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. This course is created for individuals with aspirations of becoming yoga teachers but is appropriate for any individual wishing to further expand their yoga practice. One would rarely come across someone as humble and pleasant as Girish Ji. Even though he completed graduation in computer science and worked at Infosys (Leading Indian IT company) for about 3 years, he left all of it in his search for truth. He did Sadhana (meditation) at many places like South India, Nepal, Manali etc. A 10 day Vipassana Meditation in Pune changed his life forever. He was always interested in subjects like Anatomy and physiology, which pushed him to go for further studies. He has a degree of N.D.(Doctor of Naturopathy) and Y.D.(Doctor of Yoga).
Manmohan Singh
Manmohan Rupal Ji is a double master degree holder in human psychology, a holistic healer, a life coach, and a healing tattoo artist. Grown up under the parenthood of a naturopath father and Reiki master mother. Manmohan Ji was always inclined towards holistic healing from the young age. Along with the fusion of psychological master degrees. Manmohan Ji has specialized himself in exclusive yogic psychotherapy which is proving to be a very effective tool in yoga practices to overcome psychosomatic disorders like depression and anxiety.

Location
The Yoga Center in Rishikesh is located a few kilometers away from the busy city centre of Rishikesh. The school is situated in a quiet area. The area is completely safe, and the people are really friendly. The riverside is 10 minutes walk away from the school. There are tuk-tuks available at a few minutes walk, which can take you to the city centre or to the local market.
Food
Food is one of AlakhYog prime highlights. They do not believe in offering a boring menu in the name of Sattvik Yogic diet. The sattvik meals can be very interesting and delicious. The team is a bunch of foodies where the chefs are passionate about cooking and love experimenting. To the best of their abilities, they have taken extra care to ensure that daily freshly cooked or bought food is offered to the students. They have kept an open kitchen, where students can walk in anytime, which means that the food is prepared hygienically and the kitchen is clean
Naturopathy and Ayurveda also focus on cooking food correctly. AlakhYog has a few lectures about the type of food to eat, the myths, and healthy food habits. Throughout the month, they prepare food for students on such principles. The menu changes every day and they try to cook with the freshest seasonal organic ingredients. AlakhYog can arrange if you have any food restrictions.
Three vegetarian sattvic meals will be provided during your complete stay at the campus from Monday to Saturday. Meals will also be provided without any additional charges on Sunday, with prior notice.

You should search for flights to arrive at Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL). From there, you can take a domestic flight to Jolly Grant Airport Dehradun (DED). AlakhYog can arrange your airport pick-up on request.
Arrival by bus
The main bus station in Delhi is ISBT (Kashmiri Gate). From there, you can find many government and private transportations to bring you to Rishikesh. It takes 6 to 8 hours by bus. Once you arrive at the Rishikesh bus station, you can take a shared tuk-tuk, or AlakhYog can arrange your pick-up to bring you to the yoga school.
Arrival by train
The nearest railway station is Haridwar train station. It takes six to 10 hours. From there, you will find many buses, taxis, and other transportation services that will bring you to the school. If you want, AlakhYog can arrange your pick-up from the station on request.
Arrival by taxi
You can also take a direct taxi from Delhi airport to Rishikesh. AlakhYog can assist you in arranging the taxi. The fare is around 75 EUR.
Cancellation Policy
- A reservation requires a deposit of 16% of the total price.
- The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
