Ananda Marga Yoga in Davao

Very knowledgeable/ resourceful/ helpful/ useful/ caring.

I have diabetes and I was told I would not need my meds after this and I believe them.

I will confirm by taking some blood sugar tests but I feel great, I lost weight and my fiancee noticed my color and skin glow were good.

The location was stunning. Every day I went down to the spring and swam after my sauna and I read a book by the soothing waterfall.

I plan on returning yearly for a detox and renew..hopefully next time with my new wife.

The ashram is located in a very isolated but very beautiful area surounded by mountains. I really enoyed the 2*1,5 hour Daily yoga classes. People are very friendly and welcoming and the Dada is very warm and charismatic.

Profound knowledge where given, offers healthy vegetarian food, nice accomodation and the location is peaceful giving positive vibes in spirit mind and body.

I would highly recommend this 100 hour yoga training for anyone who wants to extend their knowledge of yoga and meditation. I have learned so much about the philosophy of yoga, how to eat pure so as to support good yoga practice and different asanas to support the individual needs of people.

My teachers Didi and NiaMalla shared so much valuable knowledge and I feel like a better yoga teacher for it. Thank you 🙏

The location was beautiful and the food was excellent. I feel healthier and I wish I could have stayed to do the detox!

I loved the individual approach toward teaching asanas and explaining ayurveda. I'm extremely grateful to Dada for helping me with health issues and all the teachings. In only a few days I've noticed a great improvement. They still keep in touch and show care about people even after the retreat. No matter what you're looking for you will find it there. I'm glad that I can still practice all the knowledge that I was given and honestly I feel more energized and peaceful every day.
