What Sets Ancestral Retreats Apart
- We believe that yoga is a spiritual practice. One that goes far beyond the physical. Our training offers a holistic blend of Hatha, Vinyasa, Acro Yoga and Himalayan Kriya Yoga, uniting movement, breath, and energy work. But it doesn’t stop there. Through daily rituals, mantra chanting, and the devotional path of Bhakti Yoga, you’ll be invited into a deeper connection with yourself and something greater. This is a space where practice becomes prayer, and every moment becomes part of the journey.
- Ancestral Ceremonies: Engage in profound rituals like Rapé, Blue Lotus and Cacao ceremonies. Rapé, a sacred tobacco-based practice, helps ground your energy and clear mental blocks, while the Cacao ceremony fosters heart-opening connection and self-awareness.
- Self-Realization: Begin a self-discovery journey with experienced guides who help you unlock your talents and potential and start your transformation.
- Community: Ancestral Retreats unites people from every corner of the globe—of all ages, genders, and beliefs—in a community of peace and kindness.

Course Overview
Ancestral Retreats keeps their group small and personal, allowing space for authentic exchange, deep connection, and learning at eye level. This training is a sacred container where practice becomes prayer, and teaching arises from embodied experience.
