Syllabus for this course
Techniques, training, and practice

Teaching and methodology
Learn the art and science of teaching yoga with confidence and authenticity. This module covers class sequencing, cueing, voice projection, hands-on adjustments, use of props, theming, and student connection. You’ll also explore how to hold a safe and inclusive space for diverse students.
Anatomy and physiology
Understand how the human body moves, breathes, and responds to yoga. This module combines modern anatomy with yogic wisdom, focusing on musculoskeletal structure, key muscle groups, joint safety, nervous system regulation, and energetic anatomy (chakras, nadis, and prana flow).
Philosophy, lifestyle, and ethics
Discover the deeper roots of yoga through the study of Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, Bhagavad Gita, and Vedic philosophy - bridging ancient wisdom with modern life. You’ll reflect on yogic values such as compassion, truth, and non-attachment, learning how to live and teach yoga beyond the mat.
Practicum
Your teaching journey will come to life there. You’ll design and lead real yoga classes under mentor guidance, receive constructive feedback, and refine your voice and presence. This hands-on experience will help you step into your role as a confident, heart-led teacher.
Business yoga
Turn your passion into purpose. Learn essential skills for building a sustainable yoga career - from branding, social media presence, and content creation to ethical marketing, class pricing, and student relations. This module will empower you to share your gift with confidence and professionalism.
