The practice
Buddhi yoga is a movement meditation involving dynamic movement within static asanas. The practice fuses traditional yoga with other movement methodologies, such as plyometrics, twerking, hip-hop dance, calisthenics, cardio, hula, and more, all set to a rhythmic beat and music intended to raise your vibration while giving you a physical workout that enables you to step into your personal power.
It is a practice designed to optimize your potential—both on and off the mat. It is a thought and behavior pattern reset and will help you to start living the life that you want, achieved through action, discipline, and consistency. The practice will offer you the support of a community and is intended as an impetus for a global consciousness shift. Join BuddhiFool World and unlock your full potential.
