A typical day
This yoga teacher training is structured based on the study and exploration of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, created hundreds of years ago. The 8 pillars of yoga, or ashtanga yoga (ashtanga means eight in Sanskrit), set the pace for the day. They help you discover all aspects of yoga, beyond the physical postures, to live with an integral yoga philosophy. The 8 pillars of yoga described in the sutras are discussed at different times of the day. This is an intensive training, seven hours a day, that enriches the body and mind.

Instructors
Corinne Burgalière
Co-creator of Coinspire yoga, board member of Rishikesh yogpeeth for 12 years, Corinne chose the path of traditional yoga upon her arrival in India in 2008. She teaches kinesiology in several yoga centers there. For her, it is the complementary tool of the physical practice of asanas, at the same time as the muscular test allows a discovery of the deep self, therefore an evolution of consciousness. Corinne sees life as a bursting kaleidoscope of colors. According to her, these colors can vibrate in unison if one succeeds in harmonizing one's different states of consciousness.
Jamal Burgalière
Jamal started yoga in 2015 by training with Coinspire. An event (a tornado where he lost everything), led him to choose the path of yoga, where he excels by his natural ability to put himself at the service of others. He is the main translator during traditional teachings with Indian teachers. His warm presence creates a magical bond between everyone and allows you to live an unforgettable experience. According to him, yoga, which is union, has allowed him to reconnect with his loved ones and refocus on himself.
Nathalie Prangere
Nathalie is one of Coinspire's baby yogis who has grown up! Her enthusiasm and dynamism are so communicative that Decathlon has selected her for their group lessons, which bring together more than 50 people, as well as for their series of their video lessons. Luckily fo Coinspire, she also teaches students in small groups of 10.
