A typical day

This yoga teacher training is structured based on the study and exploration of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, created hundreds of years ago. The 8 pillars of yoga, or ashtanga yoga (ashtanga means eight in Sanskrit), set the pace for the day. They help you discover all aspects of yoga, beyond the physical postures, to live with an integral yoga philosophy. The 8 pillars of yoga described in the sutras are discussed at different times of the day. This is an intensive training, seven hours a day, that enriches the body and mind.

Optional

Emotional anatomy and body intelligence based on the kinesiology test

This option brings a Western perspective to this ancient Hatha yoga teaching. Listen to your body's messages of pain, limitation, illness, or stiffness. It reveals the connection between anatomy and the yoga philosophy of life.

Awareness gives space to the mind, and the body becomes more flexible. This training is enriched with workshops on emotional body language and emotional facial language to bring more awareness to your practice and discover the subtle relationships that govern emotions and physical limitations.

Program excerpts:

  • Muscle biofeedback
  • Understanding the energy locked in your emotional blocks
  • How to reach and release your childhood memories
  • Correlation between the 12/12 muscles, organs/12 meridians, and their energy
  • Chakra balancing
  • Pineal gland revitalization
