Dr. Gurdeep Singh Athwal is a senior yoga educator and director of Deep Yoga, blending scientific knowledge with classical yogic wisdom. With a background in biochemistry and training under respected teachers like Guru Mahinder Prasad and Yogi Buddhi Prakash, his teaching is precise, grounded, and deeply informed by anatomy and philosophy. Known for his clarity and compassion, Gurdeep creates transformative learning experiences for students of all levels.

Daneesha Dhillon is the visionary founder of Deep Yoga and a passionate advocate for making yoga accessible to all. Blending traditional wisdom with modern practice, she creates safe, empowering spaces for diverse students. Under her leadership, Deep Yoga became the first UK studio accredited to Yoga Alliance’s enhanced standards—and remains the only one in Nottingham with this distinction. Daneesha teaches Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and Hot Yoga with authenticity, compassion, and a deep understanding of yoga’s transformative power.

Hind began her yoga journey in Egypt and deepened her practice in the UK, where she now teaches full-time. She holds a 200-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa certification with Andrew Eppler and a 300-hour advanced training from Mysore under Dr. Ramesh Shetti. Her continued studies include certifications in Pranayama, Advanced Anatomy, and Mudra with respected teachers such as BNS Iyengar, David Keil, and Joey Paz. Practicing six days a week, Hind teaches Full Primary Series, Rocket Yoga, and Mysore-style classes at Deep Yoga, UK.
