Each day in your 200-hour course is a unique adventure. There is a balanced structured learning environment with constant breaks and a varied schedule to keep the mood and learning optimal. Pranayama (06:00 – 07:00)
With the 6 cleansing techniques of Shatkarma to filter your organs and the practice of Pranayama to control your breath, start your yoga practice.
Vinyasa Yoga Flow (07:00 – 08:30)
Among the contemporary styles of yoga; Vinyasa Flow Yoga helps you to switch from one asana to another with ease, using breath.
Breakfast (08:30 – 09:30)
After the morning session, it’s time to satiate your hunger with healthy, hygienic, and organic food, directly from the kitchen.
Yoga Philosophy (09:30 – 10:30)

Yogi Rohit Ji
Rohit Ji first came to yoga for the physical benefits hoping to get flexible and become more fit. As his body became stronger and healthier, he soon discovered that his yoga mat was a place to find a sense of self-awareness and mind-body connection. As a yoga teacher, Rohit realizes that every person is on a different path. He tries to offer his students the opportunity to take that path in their own way at their own pace, to modify when needed, and to honor how they feel at all times. He has been teaching yoga for almost 10+ years.
Mayank Rana
Mayank Rana is the co-founder of Drishti Yoga School. He has been teaching yoga for the last 5 years with alot of great knowledge of yoga. He travels and shares yoga knowledge with the people to make them aware of the connection between body, mind, and soul on the mat and beyond the mat.

The school is situated in the mountains of Rishikesh. Everything is close to the school such as shops, cafes, restaurants, ATMs, healthcare, and organic stores.
